Galvanized steel sheet in coil is a product produced by continuous hot-dip galvanizing process with cold-rolled coil (including hard-rolled hard coil) or hot-rolled coil as substrate.
The hot-dip galvanized sheet is supplied as a rectangular flat plate after cross-cutting. Since the chilled sheet cannot meet the needs of general purposes, it must be heated to obtain energy from its internal structure, thereby recovering and releasing energy. Then it is recrystallized into an equiaxed grain structure. The annealing of the cold-rolled sheet has periodic bell annealing , There are also continuous annealing for continuous production line operations.

Galvanized with regular spangle, zinc-coated from 30g to 275g(g90). thickness from 0.15mm to 2.0mm. Regular spangle galvanized can be used in hot and wet outdoor places. For example fence, roofing, garage door, etc.
Galvanized with zero spangles, this kind of GI with brightly surface, zinc-coated from 30g to 2755g(g90). thickness from 0.12mm to 0.25mm. It could be used outdoor also. Currently mainly exported to Southeast Asia and Africa. It is cheaper than gi with regular spangle. This product can be processed later, for example, processed into stone coated tiles.

A: Commonly two payment term for new customers
1) 30%T/T as deposit,70% balance against B/L copy.
2) 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight.
3) If you need other terms, please feel free to contact us too, we will try our best.
Q: How about the samples? Is it free to extra fees?
A: Yes,we would like to suply the samples before order, if the samples from stock, it will be free,if the sampies from new production, we will charge some reasonable cost, but this amount will be deducted from your filst order invoice.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Our daily inventory is more than 8000tons, so far common products size,just need 5 days from stocks; if the special size from new production, delivery 20-30 days.
